Thinking: About what to do with Freddy our Elf tonight. This was last nights debut... there was a trail of marshmallows from the front door too!
Reading: The Nesting Place by the Nester. It is incredible! It is way more than just about decorating your home, it is encouraging in so many other ways! I just finished Chapter 2 and my favorite quote so far is: "Life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful!" I am going to paint this quote on my bathroom wall! It definitely spoke to me!
Excited about: My first Lindsay Letters print! I can't wait to get it! I bought it from her 15% off Cyber Monday deal!
Planning: To build shelves similar to the photo below in my son's room. I am so excited for his room update. I bought bedding this week from Target & moved his room around!

Loving: The twinkles in my children's eyes seeing Santa for the first time this year! They were so excited to give Santa their lists. My favorite part of their lists included Amelia's wish for 2 pepperoni pizzas! ha She is a hoot!
Thankful for: A wonderful Thanksgiving with my wonderful husband & 2 beautiful children. Our bellies & hearts were full!

Missing: My Aunt Nan. It has been 3 years since she has been gone and it feels like just yesterday. I miss her so much, though I constantly feel her presence around me. She has been an inspiration to me my entire life. She will continue to do so for the rest of my life.

DeleteYour aunt looks so young in those photos, so sorry you are missing her... it is always harder during the holidays. My kids are going to see Santa on Thursday, I can't wait. That print is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteShe was 43and died of Cystic Fibrosis. I miss her terribly, but know she is always with me.
