Loving... the gorgeous fall weather! The tree in our front yard is almost bare, so we decided to play in the leaves at my parents house this weekend while we were finishing their garage. The weather was beautiful, so we ran & played outside! My son loves doing funny things for the camera!
Enjoying...another beautiful fall day! We had a gift certificate to use at a local outdoor restaurant & winery before the end of the month, so it was a perfect day to use it! We had a delicious lunch, played bean bags & walked near the river! We were exhausted after our busy weekend & lunch, we went home & took a 2 hour family nap!
Cherishing...our last stop at the apple orchard for the year! We are so lucky to have a wonderful orchard so close to home. They have delicious apples & the best cider donuts on earth! The kids devoured them!
Creating...an adorable fall decoration in less than 5 minutes! I found some old mason jar lids that my mom wasn't using, used some twine to hold them together, grabbed a stick in the yard, and a small piece of ribbon. I love my easy DIY fall decoration!!

Quote of the day... I created this quote on Rhonna Designs last week, after hearing about my husband's grandma being ill. It reminded me to spend time with our family & friends that mean so much to us, as life is short!

DeleteAre you kidding with those beautiful leaves, those crispy apples and those darling babies!!! Gorgeous. Wholesome. Good. And your pumpkin is the cutest thing. Truly! Thank you for sharing that quote. I so wish I lived close enough to my 88 year old mama to take her to lunch, to play Bingo with her on Tuesdays, to just sit quietly with her now and then. Such sage advice.
