I am joining up with Hannah at Joyful Life for this Currently series. This series is just a regular, every day post about what is going on in my regular every day life that day. I am enjoying linking up each week with her Currently series!
Hello Friends! Happy Monday! I am currently enjoying this delicious mug of hot chocolate that is pictured above. It is a very chilly night here in Wisconsin!
Excited about: My November ipsy bag! This morning, I already tried the under eye cream, eye shadow and hairspray. I loved them all!! Later this week, I will try the lip stain and I am not quite sure how to use the highlighter yet! haha (makeup newbie)
Loving: Our family fun day yesterday. We had so much fun together as a family yesterday. Friday night & Saturday were difficult days at our house, so it felt so good to have a wonderful Sunday together. We made a delicious breakfast together, ran errands, had lunch, took a family nap, played in the snow & taught the kids how to play Uno before Daddy had to leave for the airport.
Proud: I am sooo proud of my son. He is reading better and better every single day. It is amazing how their brains can soak up so much information from school and by reading each day. Every time I hear him read, I have the biggest smile on my face.
Selling: Clothing, jackets, toys that we don't use or wear anymore! Tonight, I listed a few more items on Ebay. Hoping they sell! Do you have much luck selling on Ebay? What are your tricks?
Today's post is linked up with Joyful Life
Thanks for reading & I hope you enjoyed learning about a little bit of randomness about me! Have a wonderful week!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much! It is so true. I realized it again tonight. Kind words heal.
DeleteI always enjoy reading your Currently posts! And your thought about how kind words heal is SO true. I've personally not sold items on ebay, but I've had luck with Facebook Buy/Sell/Trade groups. You might check those out in your area!
ReplyDeleteAwww. Thank you Jessica!
DeleteI have tried a few of my local facebook site's, but no luck yet...I am only trying to sell a few things a week so it isn't so overwhelming.
I STILL need to sign up for Ipsy! I will soon... been dying to try some new beauty products!
ReplyDeleteYes Carrie!! Let me know if you need the link. I will get some bonus points if you do :)
DeleteIt's super fun to try new products!
I am in love with my IPSY bag this month too!! And like you I am a makeup newbie and am still unsure of what to do with the highlighter and the lip stain scares me, but I am totally going to try them out soon lol And love that your son is loving reading so much!! I am such an avid reader and I feel like kids today don't enjoy it as much as kids in the past did. I am so hoping that one day when I have kids I can share with them my love of reading.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth-- It's super fun!! LOL-- let me know if you figure out what to do with it! haha Same here, lip stain scares me a bit...but I will try it!
DeleteHave a great week & thanks for stopping by!
That hot cocoa looks amazing! I had my first of the season this past Sunday and loved every moment of it! Your kids looked adorable while out in the snow. Not so sure I could pull of fun in the snow (not used to it) but yall make it look fun. And the reading! So exciting! I can't even fathom! But imagine it's going to be the sweetest!
ReplyDeleteIt was delicious Amanda!! I am not a coffee drinker but sure love hot chocolate!!
DeleteLOL- You just get used to the snow. I just wish it would stay at least 30 degrees, this week has been very chilly with temps around 15. We are not ready for that quite yet, feels like February.
Hot chocolate is SO nice and delicious, especially on cold nights.
ReplyDeleteYes it is! and I am not a coffee drinker, so I love hot chocolate any time of day! Thanks for stopping by Sarah!!
