The Pumpkin Patch

We started our fall fun weekend on a 1 hour trek to my college roommate's family pumpkin patch. If this photo doesn't scream FALL, I don't know what does.

Every year, we get together with four of my closest girlfriends from college, along with our families to pick pumpkins, enjoy the great outdoors, buy homemade canned goods & eat a delicious lunch together while catching up on old times. Each year seems to bring more children, more laughter and an agreement that we need to get together more often!

My children just LOVE this trip. They love finding their own pumpkins in the pumpkin patch, eating a pound of freshly popped popcorn and running around outside petting the farm animals.

Let's pick pumpkins!
I love the adorable little radio flyer wagons to haul our pumpkins back from the muddy patch. It wouldn't be an adventure without muddy shoes & falling down in the patch!

Big brother even pulled his little sister out to the patch!

They found the BIG pumpkin they wanted for carving!

She wanted a pumpkin that was more her size!

They decided this was enough pumpkins, Mom was okay with that too!

On to the baby goats & donkey! Let's run Mom!

Busy morning, time to head to the playset!

So thankful for amazing college girlfriends that are always there for me. I am also thankful for friendships that feel like we never left each other!

Our big happy UW-River Falls family!

Happy Fall!

How are your Fall Bucket List's coming along? We have checked off quite a few items this weekend!
