Whole Wheat Banana Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins

Whole Wheat Banana Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins are a FAVORITE at our house. We make them all year round. Every summer I shred zucchini from my garden & freeze in ziplock freezer bags to use for muffins. This year I ran out by February, so we had to buy fresh from the store. You can alter this recipe in many ways by adding nuts, chocolate chunks, etc.  This week, I made a fresh batch and the kids devoured them! It is so nice to have a healthy choice for our kids breakfast.  I have had many requests for this recipe, so I decided to finally share it!

Breakfast is served! Muffin, fruit & milk- Easy, healthy, very delicious & KID APPROVED
